The lawyers who put these ideas into their clients heads really need to be held accountable for wasting (probably) taxpayer money like this.
Should have taken the DNA sample with a .45!

Like I would give a toss after everything he's done.., This guy shouldn't be allowed out again.
well...if the system insists on viewing perpetrators as victims this is just what happens. It is certainly a good idea that the justice system should not stoop to the level of its "clients" - they should be treated with civility and respect. However, like all good ideas, this one can be misused and travestized.
