Kyoto for beginners

Regular readers will know I don't post on environmental issues. That is because I know sod all about them. But as the election draws closer I am grudgingly giving in to spending a little more time reading about such matters. There can be no doubt green policies will be right up there. Personally I am in the camp that says let's focus on the problems we can do something tangible and constructive about now, but I seem to be in a minority.
