and we're well over half

Less than 10% of Kiwis pay for everything else - or rather, pay for a large chunk of it, and an even larger chunk is borrowed, either directly by the gumming, or indirectly by banks since NZ's capital & in come are confiscated by the highest taxes in the OECD
