The Government is examining a proposal to have all children tagged and numbered in a central database to stem abuse and failure at school.
What I want to know is, will the tags go through their noses or ears? And why not microchip them while they're at it.

More jobs for bureacrats. I have long believed that when a Government adopts a solution to a particular problem, the solution it adopts will always be the most complex most expensive and least effective.
And when children still continue to fall through the cracks they will demand more money and resources.
The West was indeed wild!
But all clean family fun- at least until the guns were secured and all the young un's were safely tucked into bed!
