Advocating for an increase in population, the correspondent beneath wants the responsibility of parenthood to lie with the whole community:

Funny thing is, the greater responsibility the 'community' has assumed, the smaller families have become.

there is no such thing as society.

the greater responsibility nett taxpayers have assumed, the more children survive to adulthood
