Rod govt-is-the-answer-to-everything Oram, writing in today's SST says about David Cameron, UK Conservative leader;Some of his utterances sound foolish to all political persuasions. For example, in July he told an audience,"You, the social entreprneurs, the voluntary organisations - the people doing the patient work on the ground - you stand for love."
What is foolish about that? Any ideas?

It sounds wet....whats he mean?
"You stand for love" is a tad touchy feely. I guess (hope) that what he meant was that they do very valuable work and are under appreciated.
What they do is a work of love. They don't get paid. That seems fairly obvious. So why foolish, unless Oram doesn't appreciate their value?
