Speed cameras with a difference
In the UK speed cameras which detect a speeding car and display its number plate on a roadside screen have been found to be more effective than fines. Name and shame. Trouble is....no revenue....

The lack of revenue is a pity. This means I have to pay higher taxes rather than the scumbags who drive over the speed limit. Maybe we need some kind of combined device that displays the licence number AND fines the criminals.
