This is Positively Monty Pythonesque
"THEY are smoke-free, family-friendly environments in which mothers happily breast-feed their babies while customers enjoy their drinks amid clean, fresh air. But for Scotland's political leaders there remains one problem with our pubs and bars: the alcohol.

Separate aisles to make alcohol shopping less easy????? Doesn't that just concentrate it in one place for one stop shopping?
Great- express aisles for drinks!
SSocialists never quite think it through , do they?
Interesting website with a lot of resources and detailed explanations.
