Not a dying business

Idle undertakers fear business is dying away. The already grim job of funeral directors is getting tougher as a lack of deaths causes a slump in business.

Oh Dear. Well, why not introduce Minimum Funeral Fee legislation?

Seriously, this is an industry which will just have to hold its breath for a wee while. With our ageing population they have boom times ahead. Undertaking has a big future.

What has happened was totally predictible.

Many of those who should be dying now (statistically) were killed during WWII.

The funeral trade should have spotted this one coming.
