Enjoy it while it lasts Lindsay, it will not survive the big tech manipulations, and that simple ploy is indeed scary in the extreme.

Lindsay. our council had a FaceBook page where council information was posted and residents-ratepayers could air their opinion.

People were expressing negative opinion on issues such as 3 Waters. Councils reaction to the vitriol was to remove the FaceBook page and replace it with a form people can fill out with their details along with the points they want to articulate and submit it to council for consideration.
