"The value of nothing"

There was some talk around the blogs last week about obsessive ecologists Brenda and Robert Vale who have suggested that, because our dogs have bigger carbon footprints than SUVs, we should eat them. So very well put. Yes the econazis are looking at the cost of everthing(in so called environmental terms) and the value of nothing.
It is something that needs repeating over and over again.

Im going to do it whenever the opportunity arises. And if an opportunity isnt already there Ill make one.

Well, to show how worried I am, I'm adopting two cats. I ought to name them Brenda and Robert just for the fun of it, but both are males. However, if the one turns out transgendered, I might consider it.

Buy that man a beer!
My little cat Alfie is a priceless part of our household--funny, affectionate and endlessly entertaining.
Which a damn sight more than can be said for those two grim, bean-counter brained parasites.

KG - exactly the cost of everything, but the value of nothing.

I lost my dog Murphy in July. Oscar my other dog is now very sick and I am probably going to loose him too. (Both of old age) The costs environmentally (if you believe in that crap) may be high but the value that those two bought to my life is priceless.
