Because Labour and National are too alike.

ACT faces oblivion at the next election and it would be sad to see the party disappearing from the political scene.
I may not vove ACT but I do support its stance in many areas, so lets hope Sir Roger's return is a good omen.
It needs to go back to its fighting days!
It will be interesting to see how Act pitches itself with Sir Roger Douglas back on board (more visibly).
Potentially, Act's need to survive may ensure an unelectable coalition of the right.
