Lindsay Mitchell said...: Thank you Anon. I hadn't realised there was a link to it. Your comment is fair. It was always going to be difficult because, as I said in the interview, not naming the fathers is just another unforeseen consequence of the DPB.

I am not in the conservative camp who think we should force mothers to name fathers under threat of penalty (which I think is where he had me with his opening). The problem is much bigger than that. The problem is the whole system. Messing about with penalties is just tinkering.
