Internet lie detectors
Would you want to have a conversation with someone whose computer just told you it was monitoring your call for lies? I have Skype but if I get this message I'll hang up.

The using of Clinton's statement, as quoted, as a guide to lying is faulty. Bill Clinton's reading of the Bible / church teachings led him to honestly believe that oral sex was not "sexual relations"! A fine distinction perhaps but he used that disclaimer truthfully therefore any inflection in his voice would obviously not prove anxiety or falsehood.
The whole rationale is absurd - are all Skype subscribers liable to be monitored with this device?

Lindsay Mitchell has been researching and commenting on welfare since 2001. Many of her articles have been published in mainstream media and she has appeared on radio,tv and before select committees discussing issues relating to welfare. Lindsay is also an artist who works under commission and exhibits at Wellington, New Zealand, galleries.

As I read it only those subscribers who download the lie detector would be 'testing' their callers.
