"Over 50% of Māori children are growing up in households receiving a main benefit."

Neither can I.
This is a big deal.
If MSD didn't provide the data, where did it come from?
Who wrote the 'key fact'?

You should write to the government archivist inquiring as to where this independent groups records are to be stored according to the public records act
