There is no Trust without Respect, and Freedom. There is no Respect without Freedom, and Trust. There is no Freedom without Trust, and Respect.
I have yet to find a politician who acts like this, or even understands it. But, let's see how long it takes for a politician to use these words, suggesting to make a society based on these combined values.
To me, politics is just a profession. I think "trust" for them (that sounds distant...) is just one of the prefered psychological tools of inversion. Especially when it's election time of course.
