My son is 12. He eats too many lollies and crap (you cannot padlock their mouths shut unfotunately). At the dentist the other day he got a clean bill of health. No fillings. ALl it takes is a parent who ensures that while you have them under your control you make sure they brush properly. My 9 year old daughter also has no fillings, and she was born with a tooth with no enamel on it.
