Squawking when their own chickens come home to roost

There is little easier than writing policy in opposition.

Phil Goff wants the dole paid to people whose partners are working. What a hypocrite. It is Labour's pursuit of means-testing egalitarianism which has left New Zealanders with a tax-funded unemployment insurance system which rips half of them off when push comes to shove.

Yes - isn't it a lovely scheme. I wouldl rather have my tax contribution to welfare in a private income protection scheme so I can actually get some help if I need it.

Its not juSt a tax payer unemployment scheme - a couple could legally get the unemployment benefit, WFF, accomodation supplement and food grants too as I've noted here.

All while earning more than you.

Phil "Alfred Newman" Goff has lost the plot completely.

In his seek for publicity to restore Labour's tarnished image, he opens his mouth only to offer one stupid idea after other.

The fool Goff ought to be ignored.

Goff must stay. He is our biggest hope for a future devoid of communism.
