The welfare state is unsustainable economically, socially and morally.
There is nothing to stop her being buried with the dog when it dies.
She was told what the lifespan was but ran out of fingers.
Maybe she thinks she's rich enough to get anything she wants - including a dog that lives until she's 90.

Oh you nasty people, she looks so sweet and tender. I would volunteer to clean house and dog kennel for her if I could. So there!!
