    Add all the non productive Government enployees and we are close to half and half. Like Argentina before they collapsed.

    Add in all the WFFs and the ACCers and the EQCers -
    and we're well over half

    Less than 10% of Kiwis pay for everything else - or rather, pay for a large chunk of it, and an even larger chunk is borrowed, either directly by the gumming, or indirectly by banks since NZ's capital & in come are confiscated by the highest taxes in the OECD
