Oh dear. Hard on the heels of that question came an advertisement for an old people's home with an old biddy saying, the sooner you come the better, I should have come much sooner. Pay her the money!
A salient feature that has been missed in Paul Hutchison's release is that the recipient of the money from the Marsden Fund to conduct this study was also on the Panel that decided who should receive Marsden grants.

I support all public expenditure on studies into orgasms.
Of course the failing of most men and indeed the purpose of the expenditure would be lost as sadly men seem not to read instructions well.
