Another high profile arrest on suspicion of rape

Yet another high profile person arrested on suspicion of rape. This alleged incident is more recent and the MP is gay. But you've got to wonder where this 'phenomenon' is going and how big it will get. There must be a fair few prominent people trawling through their memories wondering whether they crossed a boundary at some point in their lives...

Good. If more people contemplated what constitutes rape then fewer would be committed in the first place.

The financial cost of rape is high - drug/alcohol abuse, mental health issues, relationship issues, time off work, physical health issues all increase drastically not to mention the cost of attempts at prosecution.

If the wave of high profile arrests continue then by keeping rape issues in the public eye, less money will need to be spent teaching people how not to rape.

You'd think that on a salary of £102,000 a year he could afford to pay for sex. The Bible tells us that "a prostitute can be had for a loaf of bread."
